Truffle & Rye Market & Café
Truffle & Rye Market & Café is a locally rooted, chef-driven breakfast-and-lunch café at 107 South Third Street in historic downtown Richmond, which celebrated its grand opening in March 2026. It's run by husband-and-wife owners Joey and Kaitlyn Chavez -- Joey's background includes The French Laundry, the Caribou Club in Aspen, and Brennan's of Houston, and Kaitlyn brings luxury-hospitality experience from Ritz-Carlton. The café grew out of the couple's private-dining business, The Hidden Truffle.
