Correction Policy

Effective August 24, 2026

We try to get things right, and we cite real sources for what we publish. But we’re a small, independently run neighborhood site, and mistakes happen — a wrong date, an outdated address, a detail that changed after we published. If you spot one, we want to know.

How to Report an Error

Please include a link to the page, what’s wrong, and — if you have it — a source we can use to verify the correct information.

What Happens Next

A site administrator reviews every correction request against a verifiable source before making a change — we don’t alter published content on request alone. When we correct a published article, the article page will show an updated date alongside its original publish date, so the change is visible rather than silent.

Significant Errors

For a factual error significant enough to affect how the information was understood, we’ll note the correction directly in the article rather than only changing the date.
